Zeiss LSM 710 Confocal Microscope:

Inverted laser scanning confocal microscope equipped with two PMTs and one QUASAR detectors (32-channel spectral detector)

Light sources: 405 diode, multiline argon (458, 488, 514), 561 and 633 lasers and X-Cite 120 series illuminator.

Motorized x-y scanning stage, z-galvo stage.

Suitable applications include colocalization studies, immunofluorescence, FRAP and time courses and spectral unmixing.

Live cell imaging with temperature and CO2 control.

A workstation with a copy of the Xen blue image analysis software is available for image analysis and processing.

Light sources: 405 diode, Argon multiline laser (458, 476, 488, 498, 514nm), 561 and 633 solid lasers and Leica EL6000 fluorescence illuminator.

Motorized x-y scanning stage, z-galvo stage, and resonant (high speed) scanner.

Suitable applications include live cell imaging studies, FRAP, FRET, time courses, colocalization and spectral unmixing.
