Leica TCS DM6 Multiphoton Microscope:

  • This upright laser scanning confocal microscope equipped with two multi-Alkali PMTs, one T-PMT, two TLDs, and two HyD-RLDs.

  • Light sources: 405 nm, 488 nm and 552 nm lasers for confocal imaging.

                       Tunable (680-1300 nm) and fixed wavelength (1040 nm)

                        Femtosecond pulsed lasers for multiphoton and SHG

Zeiss LSM 780 Confocal/Multiphoton Microscope: 

  • This inverted laser scanning confocal microscope is equipped with one GaAsP, two  PMTs detectors and one Non-Descanned PMT Detector.

  • Light sources: 405 diode, multiline argon (458nm, 488nm, 514nm), 561nm, 594nm and  633nm lasers for confocal imaging                                              Tuneable femtosecond pulsed laser (690-1040 nm) for multiphoton imaging                                                                                                  X-Cite 120 series illuminator for fluorescence imaging.

  • Motorized x-y scanning stage, z-galvo stage.

  • Suitable applications include colocalization studies, immunofluorescence, FRAP, time courses and spectral unmixing.

  • Suitable for thick tissue imaging.  

  • Live cell imaging with temperature and CO2 control.
